This service allows customers to apply for renting residential property through signing a contract with the institution after making the payments. Those who wish to rent residential properties have the right to apply for this service. This service is provided by the Real Estate Management department through Zawaya Company.

  • Copy of passports with residence.
  • ID card.
  • Marriage contract
  • Salary Certificate (Data of people with limited income).
  • Fees Fees

  • 5% Real Estate Management fee (non-refundable)
  • 10% Maintenance Insurance (refundable)
  • Policy Policy

  • Evaluation of the unit price and modifying the system.
  • 3-month notice to the client with the renewal and price change if available.
  • Happiness Meter
