How minors’ funds are invested by the foundation? And how does the foundation manage the real estate of minors?
Minors’ founds are invested where the income is fixed and non-risky, in order to guarantee the capital. As to the real estate management, the foundation enters into contracts, sends notices and follows up the real estate and its requirements

What is the role of research and social care and protection? How are cases being studied? What are the objectives and benefits thereof?
Its role consists in studying the cases of the files made available to the foundation, and to which the law of the foundation applies. In this regard, visits are made to examine the case, and accordingly a recommendation shall be raised to the said departments to execute such recommendations so as to fill the gap of each case.

How is the salary of the dead or the legally incompetent distributed?
According to the age category, monthly income of the dead or legally incompetent

What is the period necessary to complete the procedures of the file opening?
One day

How is the zakat amount collected?
The foundation tries to extract the zukat automatically

How are shares distributed?
According the sharia information

How does it deal with the vehicles of the dead?
In the event of renewal, the vehicle is registered. In the event of sale, it is registered only after supplying the amounts of the minors

How the property may be extracted?
After the acknowledgement of heirs

What is the period required for each application?
According to the case and to its requirements

How can we be informed of the expiry of the application?
Via an SMS message on the mobile of the applicant or by calling the customer

Is it possible to change the name of the beneficiary in the cheque (exchange application)?
Yes, after showing the reason and the approval of the president of the center
12.
Is it possible to change the name of the beneficiary in the cheque (assistance, aids)?
Yes, after showing the reason and the approval of the department of guardians and minors’ relations

What is the period for the collection of the cheque value?
6 months
14.
Is it possible to renew the cheque after its expiry date? How and how much time will the renewal take?
Yes. One day, except for exceptional cases (assistance and aids).
15.
What are the limits of exchange for each minor for each application?
According to the application type, the age category and the income category
