453 Apartments allocated for those of limited income

AMAF completed the construction of  a residential project having  453 apartments  in Al Quoz area  and  specially allocated  for  those of limited income,  both  nationals and residents.

In a word with “ Emirates Today ” , Tayib Al Rayyis, Secretary–General of AMAF said, “The residential units are completed , and handover is expected by next month, ” pointing  out that the units offered consist of:  studios, 1 bedroom & LV and 2 bedroom & LV”.  He also mentioned that “Annual Leasing Fees ranges between AED 25,000 to AED 50,000 depending on the size of the unit”. These flats being very close from Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road are described by Al Rayyis as “five star units constructed on a distinctive area and featured with reduced rates.”

Al Rayyis mentioned further that “AMAF completed the construction of (Al Quoz Residence Project) that aims to reduce living costs of those of limited income. The project's cost   amounted to AED 104,500,000 and comprised of 453 different residential units: studios, 1 bedroom & LV, 2 bedroom & LV “.  He also added “The executive works lasted 18 months, and currently, operational trials on the buildings are taking place in preparation for handover by the end of next month”.

Al Rayyis has explained  that  the residential units  were built in different and comfortable sizes  in order to avail multiple choices for the tenants accommodations, and were offered against low leasing fees to serve those with limited incomes . The  Annual Leasing Fees  for   the studios in Al Quoz residential project  amounts to  AED 25,000 , 1 BD + LV  is AED 40,000  while 2 BR +LV  is  AED 50,000 .

Further ,units are offered only for “families” and AMAF stipulates that the  annual salary  should not exceed 20,000 Dhs. for the national and 15,000 Dhs. for the resident  in order  to avail from these special allocated properties.

He also pointed out that “each unit  is provided with fundamental services and safety standards that are compatible with Municipality laws” stating that “units surfaces are heat  insulated and AMAF provides the residents with hygiene, maintenance, security and camera control  guarding round the hour”.

Moreover, “the lease  includes one parking  space for each  unit , and the  project buildings are surrounded by green areas that serve as outlets  for occupants ” as stated by Al Rayyis.

Al Rayyis further stressed ((AMAF plans  to serve community, and provide  suitable housing for those who are unable to pay high rental fees , pointing out the fact that AMAF utilizes all possible resources  whether are  material or in-kind to serve the minors and the community , in addition to setting  up  and developing  successful economic projects  for the minors advantage  in accordance with Shariah Islamic Provisions.

By the beginning of this year , AMAF has already handed over 780 residential units under the project allocated for those of  limited income  in Muhaisna , Dubai.
