Within the frame of AMAF adherence to implement its strategy which springs out from the strategy of Dubai Government, and in line with the operational plan implemented at the Department of Investment and Real Estate Development as well as AMAF care to contribute in servicing the community and providing appropriate accommodations reflecting the wise housing policy of the Government of Dubai as well as realizing AMAF vision that aims into realizing a qualified minor and growing waqf , besides investing the minors funds to provide them with constant fixed income under the shadow of current Islamic perspective that works for developing waqfs and caring/ enabling each minor.

Mr. Ahmed Hasan Nasir , Director of Investment and Real Estate Development Department, sated that AMAF started a construction of residential - commercial building in Dubai at Al Nahda area against a cost amounting into 72 Million. The building includes 11 typical floors, each floor embodies 8 residential apartments. The apartments were planned in different designs to make available free choices for the tenant. After thorough study for the area requirements , the apartments designs were planned as 2 apartments , 1 bedroom and a living room for an area of (760) sq. ft. for each, and 4 apartments , 2 bedrooms and a living room for an area of (1000,1190) sq. ft. for each , 2 apartments 3 bedrooms and a living room for an area of (1430) sq. ft. for each . In addition to 18 offices , 5 commercial shops , 2 Gymnasiums for (986) sq. ft. for each , one assigned for men and the other for women extended with all necessary services and a swimming pool.

The project aims to provide suitably inner accommodations and beautiful external appearance with various comfortable spaces which allow for many choices.

It is noteworthy to mention that the project is financed by the minors funds according to Islamic Shari'a which calls for growing the minor's fund and the project revenues are utilized in charitable projects and orphans care .
