Application for assigning a leased property (Commercial / Residential)
This service permits the Lessees to assign the lease contact to another person. Lessees shall have the right to apply for this service. This service shall be provided by the Real Estate Management Section through the Customer Service Section.
1- Assignment application signed by the two parties. 2- Copy of the lease contract. 3- Copy of the passports of the two parties. 4- Copy of the marriage contract of the assignee. 5- Salary certificate of the assignee. 6- Copy of the authorization in case a representative attends on behalf of one of the parties. 7- Copy of the trade licence (for the commercial contract) of the assignee.
