Application for leasing commercial property through participation in public auctions |
This service permits the Clients to participate in public auctions for obtaining this service.
Those interested in participating in the public auctions shall have the right to apply for this service.
This service shall be provided by the Real Estate Management Section through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Application for entering the Action.
2- Copy of the passport.
3- Copy of the trade licence if any. |

Application for obtaining remote control for the car parks |
This service permits the Lessees to submit an application for obtaining remote control for the car parks.
Lessees in the residential and commercial properties shall have the right to apply for this service.
This service shall be provided by the Real Estate Management Section through the Customer Service Section. |

2- Copy of the lease contract. |

Application for renewal of residential / commercial real estate unit contract |
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for annual residential and commercial lease contract together with settling the payments.
Those interested in renewing residential or commercial lease contracts shall have the right to apply for this service.
This service shall be provided by the Real Estate Management Section through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Submit the application.
2- Copy of the passport.
3- Copy of the last lease contract.
4- Copy of the valid current trade licence.
5-In case the lessee delays renewal of the lease contract form more than one month from the expiry date of the contract, the lessee has to pay financial fees. |

Application for leasing a commercial unit in a direct way |
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for leasing a direct commercial property.
Those interested in leasing residential and commercial properties shall have the right to apply for this service.
This service shall be provided by the Real Estate Management Section through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Submit the application.
2- Copy of the passport.
3- Approval from the Department of Economic Development or copy of the current trade license. |

Application for terminating residential / commercial lease contract |
This service permits the Lessees to apply for terminating lease contract of residential / commercial property.
Those interested in terminating lease contracts of commercial or residential units shall have the right to apply for this service.
This service shall be provided by the Real Estate Management Section through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Submit the application.
2- Copy of the lease contract.
3- Final electricity and water bill.
4- Deliver the keys of the property (Residential / Commercial).
5- Deliver the remote control of the car parks (if any). |

Application for changing the commercial and residential lessee's name |
This service permits the Lessee to change the name in the contract from personal name to commercial and residential and vice versa.

Merge the Commercial Shops |
This service permits the Lessees to apply for merging more than one place in order that the area of the place is compatible with its commercial activity.
Lessees of the commercial properties shall have the right to apply for this service.

This service permits the Lessees to apply for replacement contract.
Lessees of the commercial and residential properties shall have the right to apply for this service.
