This service permits the Clients to submit an application for financial or in kind assistance for purchase of furniture, furnishings or electric appliances.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Application from the Guardian or one of the Heirs.

Application for perusal of a file or copying of documents |
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for copying documents from the minor's file or perusing the file.
The Guardian or his attorney or any legal body having the right to peruse the file can apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Application submitted by the Guardian or his attorney or any legal body.
2- Copy of the applicant's ID. |

Application for payment of Zakat |
This service permits the Foundation to disburse the Zakat due on the share of each minor in the Foundation without the need to submit the application. Regarding the money in the bank.
The Guardian shall submit an application to the Foundation in order to encash and spend the same on the worthy aspects.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management at the Department through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Application of the Guardian or one of the Heirs.
2- Show the final accounts and balances of the related person by paying the Zakat for the same in case the properties are outside the Foundation. |

Application for maintenance of minors' property |
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for performing maintenance on the minor's house.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Real Estate Investment Management at the Department through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Application for house maintenance signed by the Guardian.
2- Copy of the land map. |

Application for Special Authorization |
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for authorizing another certain person at the Minors' Affairs Department in his place.
The Guardian or Attorney appointed by the Court shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Application from the Guardian or one of the Heirs.
2- Copy of the required authorization draft (If any). |

Application for Bidding or Disengagement (take out a property from the inheritance) |
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for extract of property from the inheritance in favour of one of the persons and unanimously prove the process by the heirs of the deceased person.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Guardian's Application.
2- Approval of the Heirs who reached the age of maturity.
3- Copy of the draft of the division. |

Application for Gift or Assignment |
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for assignment of the share of one of the heirs in the inheritance in favour of the minors.
Any of the heirs shall have the right to apply for this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Guardian's Application.
2- Approval of the Heirs, who reached the age of maturity, to the draft of the division. |

Application for transferring the minor's salary to the curator's account |
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for transfer of pension salary / monthly expenses / minor's salary to the account of the curator.
The Guardian shall have the right to apply for this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Application from the Guardian, Curator or Attorney.
2- Curator's account number. |

Application for keeping the documents (Archive) |
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for keeping the important documents in the minor's file.
The Guardian or his attorney or any legal body having the right to peruse the file can apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section. |
1- Application from the attorney or one of the heirs or their representative.
2- Copy of the ID. |
