This service permits the Clients to submit an application for replacement of a car.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section in cooperation with the Road & Transport Authority.
1- Guardian's Application. 2- Copy of the car ownership.
Application for release of car restriction (Sell / Accident / reaching age of maturity)
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for releasing restriction on a car for the purpose of selling it or due to existence of an accident or the minor has reached the age of maturity.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section in cooperation with the Road & Transport Authority.
1- Guardian's Application. 2- Copy of the car ownership. 3- In case of reaching the age of maturity, evaluate the age. 4- In case of accident, submit the Police Report and Insurance Letter.
Application for keeping a number
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for keeping a car number.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section in cooperation with the Road & Transport Authority.
1- Guardian's Application. 2- Copy of the car ownership.
Application for assigning a number
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for assigning a plate number to one of the heirs. The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service. This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section in cooperation with the Road & Transport Authority.
1- Guardian's Application. 2- Declaration from the Heirs. 3- Evaluation Certificate issued by the Traffic Department. 4- Copy of the ID submitted for the purchase. 5- Copy of the car ownership.
Application for selling the car
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for assigning a car to one of the heirs or to its actual owner. The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service. This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section in cooperation with the Road & Transport Authority.
1- Guardian's Application. 2- Declaration from the Heirs. 3- Evaluation Certificate Nos. (3). 4- Copy of the ID submitted for the purchase. 5- Copy of the car ownership.
