Application for approval to license renewal
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for renewal of trade license after settling the minor's share from the rent.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section and in cooperation with the Economic Department
1- Application from the Guardian or one of the heirs. 2- Copy of the Trade License.

Application for approval to licence cancellation
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for cancellation of license because of its lack of economic usefulness.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section and in cooperation with the Economic Department.
1- Application from the Guardian or one of the heirs together with stating the reasons for the cancellation. 2- Consent of the remaining heirs.

Application for approval to assign a license (Assignment / Sale)
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for assignment of the licence after evaluating it and settling the minor's share from the assignment consideration.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section and in cooperation with the Economic Department.
1- Statement of regular income of the licence. 2- Copy of the licence. 3- Guardian's Application. 4- Approval of the heirs who reached the age of maturity.

Application for approving an Addendum to a Memorandum of Association
This service permits the Clients to submit an application for amendment in a Partnership Contract, approve the same after studying it and acknowledge the minor's interest in the amendment.
The Guardian or Attorney shall have the right to apply for obtaining this service.
This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section.
1- Application from the Guardian or Attorney. 2- Copy of the Addendum to the Old Memorandum of Association of the Company. 3- Copy of the draft of the new Memorandum of Association.
