This service permits the clients to submit an application for payment of lump sum expenses until inventory of the estate is completed, in order to cover the minor's urgent requirements, or an application for payment of the monthly expenses or increasing the same due to increase of the minor's expenses or cost of living.

The Guardian or proxy shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

1- Original of the disbursement application submitted by the curator, guardian or administrator.
2- Original of the invoices (if any) or true copy of the same.
3- Minor's statement of account (in case the minors' bank accounts are abroad).
4- Copy of the applicant's personal ID (Copy of the ID or Passport).
5- Client's account number, certificate from the bank, statement of account or copy of the client's ID at the bank.

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for disbursement from the minor's account for payment of outstanding fees of electricity and water, or recovery of an amount paid by the guardian for the minor. This includes submission of an application for addressing the banks for disbursement of an amount from the minor's account.

The Guardian or proxy shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

3- File of the deceased person or interdicted person.
4- Original invoices (if any) or true copy of the same.
5- Copy of the applicant's personal ID.

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for disbursement of the share of those of legal age in the inheritance from the minor's account.

The Guardian or proxy shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

1- List of the approved limitation of succession / final inventory.
2- Certificate from the court certifying that the minor has reached the age of maturity.
3- Accounts numbers of those who reached the age of maturity.

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for disbursement of the school fees from the minor's account.

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for disbursement of medical treatment fees from the minor's account.

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for disbursement of Tourism Travel / Omrah fees from the minor's account.

The Guardian or proxy shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

2- Quotation for the tickets / treatment /..etc
3- - Minor's Statement of Account (In case the minor's bank accounts are abroad).

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for disbursement of expenses for Eids / Ramadan from the minor's account.

The Guardian or proxy shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for disbursement of expenses for Occasions / Marriage from the minor's account.

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for disbursement of Insurance fees from the minor's account.

The Guardian or proxy shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

2- Original of the document or invoice.
3- Minor's Statement of Account (In case the minor's bank accounts are abroad).

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for payment for car purchase from the minor's account.

The Guardian or proxy shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

1- Guardian's Application.
2- Quotation for purchase of the car stating all the details.
3- Initial approval from the bank and monthly installment schedule (finance on the salary).
4- External bank account statement for the minor.
5-Driving License.

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for disbursement of fees for Lawsuits against the minor from the minor's account.

The Guardian or proxy shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

3- Copy of the file of the case or lawsuit.
4- Minor's Statement of Account (In case the minor's bank accounts are abroad).

This service permits the curator, guardian or administrator to submit an application for disbursement for settlement of debts from the minor's account.

The Guardian or proxy shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

This service permits the Contractor or Consultant to submit an application for disbursement of payment from the minor's account.

The Contractor or Consultant shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

This service shall be provided by the Real Estate Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section.

1- Payment application attached with report about the works done by the contractor and approved by the consultant until the date of applying for the payment.
2-Copy of the payment receipts.
3- Contractor's contract with the guardian.
4- Consultant's contract with the guardian.
5- Complete drawings for the project (CD).
6- Statement of the previous payments to the contractor from the consultant and the guardian (if any).
7- Minor's statement of account (in case the minor's bank accounts are abroad).

This service permits the Contractor or Consultant to submit an application for disbursement of payment from the minor's account.

The Contractor or Consultant shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

1- Payment application as per the approved form. It should be attested by the consultant.
2- Statement containing the accomplished works up-to-date.
3- Statement of the previous payments to the contractor or consultant.
