This service permits the clients to submit an application for opening file for minors' inheritance, interdicted persons, judicial assistance, sponsoring of an orphan of unknown parentage …etc.

The Guardian, proxy or one of the parties in the inheritance shall have the right to submit an application for obtaining this service.

This service shall be provided by the Minors' Affairs Management in the Department through the Customer Service Section.

1- Proof of ID.
2- Death Certificate.
3- Legal Proclamation.
4- Passport of deceased person + Birth Certificate.
5- Minors' Passports.
6- Minors' Birth Certificates.
7- Copies of the deceased person's properties.
8- Heirs' Accounts Numbers.
