The Awqaf & Minors Affairs Foundation endeavours to serve the minors  under its care in all areas and through all means.
To that end, it has set out to establish a wide range of channels that allow us to communicate with the children, identify their individual needs and meet those needs to the best of our ability. One such channel is the Tawasol(‘communication’ in Arabic) e-mail account, which aims to facilitate direct communication.
With this e-mail address, all of the minors can communicate with the Foundation, open up their hearts, talk about any problems they may be experiencing and send in their complaints, suggestions, and opinions – easily and without fear or concern – to be heard in a clear, transparent manner. The Foundation is keen to preserve their privacy and protect their rights.
