The Awqaf & Minors Affairs Foundation will be dedicated to the legal supervision over the Awqaf, its care & investment as well as it will be responsible for managing & spending its funds & revenues within the limits of the conditions of the donator to achieve the Sharia purposes. It also takes, within the limits of this law, pursuant to provisions of Islamic Sharia, the procedures necessary to protect the funds of the Minors, disqualified, lost persons and to care for their affairs.

The guardianship of the Foundation shall be ceased once the Minors attains 21 full calendar years old, with legal capacity otherwise the court ordered the guardianship shall continue upon the request of the Foundation or the concerned bodies as well as the guardianship shall be terminated upon the death of the Minors or upon the return of the legal guardianship of the father. The guardianship of the Foundation shall be terminated for the interdicted persons by lifting the interdiction by virtue of an order from the competent court. The foundation should delver the funds to the concerned persons within a period not later than three months of the date of request for delivering the funds under a delivery minute, signed by the General Secretary and the concerned persons.
